Admission to the Post-Graduation Program in Rheumatology takes place done twice a year (beginning of the first semester and second semester), instructions will be posted at the Program’s website at least one (01) month in advance.
1. Selection
1.1. Exam in Portuguese Language
1.2. Exam in Basic English
1.3. Interview
The minimum grade is 5 and will be eliminatory for PhD candidates.
Candidates with a higher cut grade than the one established by the selection committee will be selected for the interview.
The results of the selection process will be published 15 (fifteen) days after the exams and interview at the Program’s website.
2. Requirements for Admission
For physicians: Candidates should have a degree in Rheumatology Specialist and submit the required documentation;
For physiotherapists: Candidates must have the title of Specialist in Rheumatology for Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists by UNIFESP and present the required documentation;
Other specialties: Present the required documentation.
The interview will be conducted by analyzing the following documents:
2.1 CURRICULUM VITAE (Lattes);
2.2. LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION (signed by a teacher who knows him, addressed to Prof. Cristiane Kayser Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Rheumatology of the EPM / Unifesp);
2.3. COVER LETTER expressing the reasons why you want to do the Graduate.

4. Probationary Period
Candidates for the Doctoral Program candidates may be admitted as probationary students, according to the supervisor's decision and approval by CEPG.
Students at the doctoral's probationary period will be subject to the same rules as the sudents at the master's probationary period , except that, for the effective enrollment, proof of submission or the accepted paper related to the master's degree must be submited.

5.3. Copy of Master's Degree
5.4. Master's transcript;
5.5 Copy of Residency Certificate (for medical doctors);
5.6. Birth or Marriage Certificate;
5.7. Copies of CPF, RG, voter registration and military certificate;
5.8. Copies of the initial pages of the curriculum lattes (Identification and Academics);
5.9. 2 (two) 3x4 recent color photos.
