Graduation in Pedagogy from the Faculty of Education at USP (1985); Masters (1995) and Doctorate (2001) in Education from the Graduate Program in Education at the Faculty of Education at USP. Retired professor in 2021 at EFLCH at Unifesp, Department of Education. Accredited by the PPGE, she researches the field of History of Education and Educational Management with emphasis on studies on the institutionalization of school education in the 19th and 20th centuries and contemporary Educational Policies, including the processes of school governance and education systems. In the field of extension, it works in the training of teachers and school managers and in the development of methodologies for practical learning in the training of managers.
