Isabel Melero Bello is a Ph.D. in Education from the College Of Education of the University of São Paulo, she is a Master in Education from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and graduated in Pedagogy from the College Of Education of the University of São Paulo. She works at PPGE in the Line: Public School, Teacher Training, and Pedagogical Practices. She participates in the extension project "Democracy at School" and in several research projects in the area. She is the leader of the research group "Educational Policies, Teacher Training, and School Knowledge-PEFProSE". Her research and orientation interests involve the following themes: Educational Policies, Teacher Training, Higher Education, and School Curricula.
