The Graduate Program in Psychobiology has the infrastructure of the Department of Psychobiology, located at the UNIFESP Biomedical Sciences Building, with an area of  1050 m2 including laboratories for conducting research in Experimental Psychology, Neurochemical and Molecular Techniques, Psychopharmacology and Electrophysiology in animals. A vivarium for animal maintenance is also available, with the capacity to house 1,500 rats and 2,000 mice. The building also includes offices for graduates and teachers and a Lecture room with videoconferencing equipment, where undergraduate, graduate and specialization courses and scientific meetings are held.

The Research Center for Psychobiology, a building provided by the non-profit organization AFIP to the Department of Psychobiology and Postgraduate Psychobiology Program (2,250 m2), is a logistics complex created in the 1970s. In this building there are laboratories equipped for research in Molecular Biology, an infirmary with infrastructure for conducting experiments in humans, as well as rooms equipped for polysomnographic exams. The building still has five offices for outpatient care, two of which are observation room (one-way mirrors), with equipment for studies on human cognition, and waiting room, reception and office areas.

This building also holds an Amphitheatre for 75 people where undergraduate, graduate and specialization courses and scientific meetings are held, as well as Viva Doce defences. Another classroom with a capacity for 20 people is used for the same purposes. Four meeting rooms for 10 people are available for scientific meetings.

The building also houses a library specializes in the area of P​sychobiology, which holds thousands of titles, hundreds of MSc and PhD dissertations and theses, dozens of relevant Journals in the field and a computer system connected to the Internet. Students and teachers also have access to a medical library at the University ( Birema), and to a Journal Portal provided by CAPES  across the computer network, including the possibility of remote access ( LINK ).

The Program also includes other research facilities for clinical research and patient care financed by the non-profit organization  AFIP . Research in the field of Drug Dependence, Neuropsychology, and Sleep have other specific research buildings:

The UDED - Drug Dependency Unit is intended for research and teaching on the treatment of psychoactive substance users, with 6 offices, 4 equipped with mirror rooms for observation, two rooms of support for graduate students and a classroom for up to 40 people.

The Centro Paulista de Neuropsicologia (Paulista Centre of Neuropsychology) has  6 offices ( CPN ) used to conduct consultations and referral to appropriate care of people with neuropsychological dysfunction of all ages, and for training of health professionals in this area.

The Unidade de Medicina Comportamental (Medical Unit of Behavioural) has 3 offices for research and application of cognitive-behavioral therapy, hypnosis and biofeedback, as well as on life management for health promotion.

The Instituto do Sono (Sleep Institute) has dozens of laboratories equipped with the latest equipment for polysomnographic analysis of volunteers and patients in research projects.
