Helena Hachul, MD, PhD, is a researcher and tutor in endocrine gynecology and is head of the Women’s Sleep Disorders Clinic in the Sleep Division at the Department of Psychobiology, UNIFESP. She has experience in the area of medicine, with an emphasis on gynecology and sleep in women. She studies pharmacological interventions and complementary and alternative therapies (massage, acupuncture, yoga, physiotherapy) to treat sleep disturbances.
