The 1st Research Day will be held in São Paulo on November 23, 2024.
The “Research Day” event aims to stimulate and improve the scientific output of the Translational Surgery Postgraduate Program (TSPP) at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP).
This one-day meeting includes the presentation of papers and posters by scientific initiation students, postgraduate students, and alumni of the Translational Surgery Postgraduate Program. All papers and posters will be presented in English and will be discussed by the scientific committee. The best scientific work in each category will receive an award.

ALL SCIENTIFIC INITIATION, POSTGRADUATE, AND GRADUATE STUDENTS OF THE TSSP are invited to contribute and enrich this important scientific event with the presentation of a digital poster or oral presentation
The scientific committee will evaluate the studies regarding their relevance, originality, and scientific and social impact within the program's current areas of concentration. Selected studies may be recommended for oral and poster presentations

Guidelines for Study Submission
- Each study should be written in English and contain between 250 to 350 words (The title, keywords and references are not included in the word count). Depending on the stage of the project, the submission should include the following sections:
For Completed Projects or Projects with Partial Results: Title, Introduction, Objectives, Method, Partial or Final Results, Conclusion (if applicable) and Keywords
For Projects Without Partial Results: Title, Introduction, Objectives, Method and Keywords
- Research approval by the Human or Animal Research Ethical Committee MUST be indicated (process number)
- Include AREA OF CONCENTRATION and RESEARCH LINE
- Do not include tables or figures.
- Include financial support at the end of the abstract.
