The Reports must be written by the graduate student, reviewed by the adviser, and submitted to the Graduate Office, complying with the stipulated deadlines, as published on the Program’s website. It must be accompanied by the specific form:(Form R1)
The Reports must contain the following items, not exceeding 20 pages.
- Abstract of the original plan.
- Experimental Part, containing the methods used, results obtained up to the composition date, discussion and conclusions.
- Courses attended by the graduate student.
- Abstract in Scientific Conferences and Manuscript published during the period of the Program.
- Other activities related to the Program (Qualifying Examination, language proficiency test, attendance in conferences, other events, etc.)
- Problems used in developing the project and planning for the next step.
- Other relevant items considered by the graduate student and the adviser.
The deadlines are stipulated by the Graduate Commission and published on website.
The Qualifying Examinations and Thesis Defenses cannot be requested if the projects and reports are not submitted or are not approved.
